AI FOR YOUR COMPANY’S EVERYDAY WORK AND NEXT BIG IDEA
One assignment. More ways to get it done.
Start with a project you want to move forward. Thaddeus connects research, natural, audience-aware writing, documents, app building, and action across your tools. Delegate repetitive work, prepare for revenue opportunities, and build the capacity to grow. Keep independent tasks moving in the background while you focus on customers and business decisions.

START WITH THE RESULT YOU NEED
Real business work. A useful first assignment.
These illustrative examples show how to connect the capabilities. They are not customer results or live product demonstrations.

YOUR WORKFLOW, MADE TANGIBLE
BUILD AN INTERNAL TOOL
Give requests a better home.
Give your team a clearer way to handle more customer work. Describe how you receive, assign, and track service requests, then build a portal prototype with sample records. Test and refine it with the people who will use it before release.
A result to review
A working prototype, test notes, and the remaining decisions before release.
THE WEEKLY BRIEF / CONCEPTWhat changed. What matters next.
Sources to inspect. Questions to resolve.
PREPARE AN OPERATING BRIEF
Spend less time assembling the update.
Bring reports and source material into one assignment. Show a supported browser retrieval process with Teach Mode, then prepare a recurring brief that highlights changes and questions for the team.
A result to review
A concise operating brief with sources, changes, and follow-up questions.
Research your audience’s questions, sharpen the offer, and prepare a presentation, campaign copy, and visual assets from the same brief. Give your team coordinated material to introduce a service, attract interest, and follow up with prospective customers.
A result to review
A connected set of campaign drafts ready for your team’s edits and release decision.
You don’t have to use everything at once. Start with the capability that removes a real obstacle, then connect it to the next part of the assignment.

BUILD & DELIVER
The tool you need doesn’t have to stay an idea.
Develop websites, portals, and web apps from a clear business requirement. Test a local preview, then deploy to supported hosting with your authorization so others can use it online. For iOS apps, build, test, and prepare for App Store submission; Apple decides acceptance.
Your role: Explain the outcome, try the result, and decide what is ready. Deployment depends on hosting access and authorization, with production readiness reviewed before release.
Demonstrate a supported browser workflow, save it, and ask Thaddeus to repeat it on a later assignment. Build a collection of repeatable processes for familiar browser work instead of performing every step yourself each time.
For example: Show how to reach a weekly report in a supported portal. Sign-ins, page changes, permissions, and review still matter; this is not a promise to learn every website or desktop application.
Ask for help with real files and supported desktop applications as well as websites. Research can become a saved report, a revised file, or work carried into the tools your business already uses.
Connected work: Add supported business-account actions to the assignment. Available desktop and integration workflows depend on the platform, accounts, and permissions involved.
Your people. Their AI teammates. One shared project.
Bring teammates and their Thaddeus assistants into shared project context. People can own different parts of the work while their assistants exchange project contributions, questions, and files through supported Collab work.
A shared brief, not disconnected tasks: Coordinate ownership and review responsibilities in the project. Background agents within an individual assignment are a separate way to divide work; they are not additional human members or an unrestricted autonomous workforce.
Show Thaddeus a supported browser process, save the workflow, and give repeatable assignments a clear objective. Run independent tasks in parallel or schedule recurring work, so preparing reports, organizing documents, and researching updates doesn’t take over your day.
It’s not just a faster answer. Put the time you reclaim toward revenue-generating work, stronger customer relationships, or new services. Track the cost of each workflow as well as the time it saves, so you can see where it supports profitability.
Give a task a working window. Set a custom work duration to pursue a defined goal without prompting each routine step. Timed work requires Thaddeus to stay open and the computer awake. Essential input, decisions, or approvals may still need you. A time window is not a guarantee of completion and is different from scheduling a later start.
Build quality into the process. Set clear instructions and checks against your requirements, then review important results for accuracy. Background and scheduled desktop work requires an awake computer and a running Thaddeus app. Completion, blockers, stop requests, usage, and service limits still apply.

Create the material. Connect the next step.
Research, customer operations, media generation, and ways to stay involved can support the same business outcome.
RESEARCH & CREATION
Give ideas something to stand on.
Inspect sources and counter-evidence, then develop documents, reports, proposals, presentations, and guides. Use natural, audience-aware writing to connect with the reader. Extend the brief into images, video, and audio, and check watermark-free export coverage for the format you need.
Organize customer records and follow-up in the business workspace. Give your team more attention for winning and serving customers. AI employees for defined roles are a separate way to assign a bounded responsibility with oversight, not a permanently active workforce or a complete CRM. Confirm Calling Agent readiness before planning live calls.
Use supported voice workflows and Otto’s on-screen assistance, or stay involved through Relay on a paired phone. Ask questions, inspect progress, and stop work while the desktop remains available.
Import supported ChatGPT and Claude export files to help establish context. What carries over depends on file contents and supported formats, not individual-conversation import, complete account transfer, or automatic sync.
Customize your workspace with a choice of color schemes. Confirm the available choices in your release, then settle into the task you want to move forward.
Social media management covers post preparation, authorized publishing, and comment replies on supported accounts. Paid advertising management is separate, with approved campaigns, audiences, budgets, and reporting. Confirm supported actions before committing to either workflow.
Choose relevant files and account access, inspect the result, and keep important decisions with your team. Core project records and generated files are stored locally on your computer. Requested AI, web, media, calling, and connected-app tasks may send relevant information to external services. Local storage does not mean fully offline processing or zero external retention.
